Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of FleetFlow, operated by Roadevino BV, Sint-Daniëlstraat 7, 9050 Gent, Belgium. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to them.

  1. 01 The service

    FleetFlow provides fleet tracking, geofencing, maintenance, damage tracking, rental and billing tools for car rental companies. We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it on an "as available" basis.

  2. 02 Your account

    You are responsible for your account, your users, and the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you put into the platform, including obtaining any consent required to track vehicles and process customer data.

  3. 03 Fair use

    The platform is offered for normal, reasonable fleet-management use. We may apply fair-use limits and, at our sole discretion, throttle, restrict or charge for usage that is excessive, automated or disproportionate relative to typical customers.

  4. 04 Abuse & suspension

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who abuses the platform, other users, our staff, our infrastructure or the law — at our discretion and, where reasonable, with notice.

  5. 05 Free accounts

    Free accounts are provided as a courtesy. We may limit, suspend or delete free accounts at any time and at our discretion — in particular where we detect fraud, abuse or attempts to circumvent these terms.

  6. 06 Trackers & SIM cards

    Where you purchase a tracker, the device becomes yours. SIM cards remain the property of Roadevino BV and must be returned when you downgrade or end your subscription. SIM connectivity is tied to an active subscription.

  7. 07 Payments

    Fees are billed per vehicle as shown on our pricing page. Certain prepayments are non-refundable as described at purchase. Subscriptions continue until cancelled.

  8. 08 Your data & our IP

    Your fleet and customer data remain yours, and you can export it at any time. The FleetFlow platform, software and brand remain the property of Roadevino BV.

  9. 09 Data retention & accuracy

    To keep the service efficient, we compress your data over time. After two years, the accuracy of stored data is reduced — it remains usable for your records, and your data continues to be available through a requested export.

  10. 10 Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, FleetFlow is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

  11. 11 Governing law

    These terms are governed by Belgian law, and the courts of Ghent have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
